Legal Expenses Insurance Group (LEIG)

We are pleased to announce that our business partners at Red Sands have recently joined the LEIG, an action group formed by prominent Legal Expense Insurers .The aim of the Group is to work together to protect and advance the rights of claimants to justice and fair levels of compensation.

The Group has already been active in alerting MP's, interest groups and the general public to the real reasons why the big insurance groups are lobbying for certain changes to the compensation arrangements in the UK. This includes the big insurance groups pressing to raise the small claims limit, limiting the recovery of ATE premiums and encouraging claims to be settled without claimants receiving professional help.
