F & I Solutions are the access point for all products.
We manage the relationship between Red Sands and Devonshire and your client,
the claimant, through our relationship with you.
All claims are submitted for underwriting using our web enabled software,
called CTTS (Claims Taking & Tracking Software),
a system that all our clients are licensed to use.
Initial and on going training is provided and CTTS is easy to use,
claims are then monitored on an ongoing basis by Red Sands and Devonshire using the system.
Red Sands Insurance Company (Europe) Ltd provide ATE insurance policies to support claims arising from Road Traffic Accidents, Employers Liability, Public Liability and Industrial Disease. The cover is provided to clients and distributed through law firms on a scheme basis, with each claim individually underwritten.
It is important to note that Red Sands do not provide cover for one off risks nor do they provide any binding or delegated authority, although we do work with firms to develop bespoke schemes.
Devonshire Capital Limited provides Practice Funding to firms, in order to finance disbursements and Red Sands insurance premiums and are also able to provide regulated loans to claimants for the same purpose.
It is important to note that Devonshire only provides loans to law firms or claimants, where there is the benefit of a Red Sands ATE insurance policy. They do not provide finance associated with any other ATE Insurers policies.
