Tony built a long career over 25 years with First National Bank plc, specialising primarily in intermediary funding markets.
Tony held a number of senior executive posts including being a director of First National Litigation Funding plc who provided
dedicated funding for solicitor disbursements and ATE insurance to the personal injury market.

Phil Clegg
Phil has 15 years experience in retail and business banking and was formerly Head of Litigation Funding at Bank of Scotland.
In that role Phil pioneered the banks entry into the personal injury market and his experience of the market is invaluable
in shaping our products and services.

David Johnstone
David has 12 years direct experience of managing risk in the claims management and ULR markets but also a further 8 years
experience as a management consultant, advising companies on systems of control which is brought to bear in our critical
risk and compliance functions.

Richard Barnes – Devonshire Capital
Richard was one of the first bankers to be involved in the litigation funding market.
Richard has over 25 years experience having previously been Director of Professional
Lending at First National Bank and an Executive Director of Guinness Mahon & Co.
